Time to go paperless!

Time to go paperless!

I’ve been speaking to a number of small businesses recently who have a desire to go paperless.

Apart from also desperately needing to get rid of the mountains of paper both at home and work, at fastLabs we also strongly believe in the concept of ‘eating your own dog food’ – in other words using one’s own products or recommended solutions to test and iron out any issues.

Our current solution currently revolves around 3 items:

  • Evernote – the document repository
  • Scanner – we’re currently using a Xerox Phaser 3635MFP
  • Staple remover

I will be writing more about the processes that we are implementing but in the meantime if you would like to explore the possibility of going paperless with Evernote then you can sign up for free using this link and get one month of Evernote Premium free.
