It’s been a while since we’ve updated the site so here’s a quick run-down of what’s been happening.
Footloose finished of the last of the preparation this week so we’re more of less ready. The roof tent is on, the awning is on the side and the fridge has been fitted – now we have a vehicle that is really ready for Africa. On the planning side of things, we’re just running around trying to get our documents, insurance, visas, etc ready. Lots of phoning around and lots of frustration but we’re getting there. Nicole and I are finishing of jobs and teaching commitments and then we’ll be ready – and before long we’ll have some decent stories to tell – hopefully.
