One of my favourite Microsoft tools, that I find myself using more and more, is Scheduler which is currently in preview.
Previously known simply as Calendar.help, Scheduler is a personal digital assistant (Cortana) that can arrange meetings on your behalf that works with Office 365, Outlook.com, or Google calendar.
To get on the waiting list for Scheduler you can sign-up at https://calendar.help/signin with your O365 or Google account.
One accepted you can ask Cortana in an email with other people and ask her to schedule a meeting.
You can use natural language such as:
- Cortana, please arrange a 30-minute call next week?
- Cortana, schedule a Teams meeting on Tuesday at 3pm.
- Cortana, book 30 minutes for us every week.
Cortana will find a time when everyone can meet or will make suggestions if she doesn’t have access to certain users diaries.
You can also set up your personal preferences such as preferred days and times:
Once a time is found that suits everyone, Cortana sends out the meeting invites to everyone.
Fantastic tool and save a lot of time for me!
If anyone has any invite codes they can share, please let me know, as I have a few people who would appreciate them.
